CELL CULTURE METHOD USING CULTURE MEDIUM CONTAINING LAMININ FRAGMENTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture method capable of realizing equivalent culture efficiency with a smaller usage of laminin fragment compared to a conventional method for culturing a cell by using a culture vessel which is pre-coated with laminin or laminin fragments.SOLUTION: A cell culture method includes a process of culturing a cell by using a culture medium containing laminin fragments which have integrin binding activity, and does not include a process of coating laminin or laminin fragments on a culture vessel before inoculating a cell in the culture vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: None
