PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological analysis device and an ophthalmological analysis program capable of appropriately performing a long-term follow-up.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological analysis device acquires an analysis result on tomographic images of an eye to be examined acquired on different examination dates by an ophthalmological optical coherence tomography, and outputs a time-series graph 150a of the analysis result in display means. The ophthalmological analysis device includes: instruction acceptance means for accepting a selection instruction from an examiner to select a plurality of two-dimensional images to be output to the display means as a plurality of two-dimensional images 105 relating to each examination date in a specific period on the time-series graph through an operation on a display region 101a where the plurality of two-dimensional images are output; and control means for outputting the plurality of two-dimensional images selected by the instruction acceptance means side by side, together with the time-series graph. The control means changes the plurality of two-dimensional images displayed in the display means according to a change instruction from the instruction acceptance means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
