PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction processing device for manufacturing a thin wall capillary for use of a biodegradable medical apparatus composed of a circular pipe with a magnesium material as a base material, that is, the extraction processing device for manufacturing the thin wall capillary capable of reducing a diameter so as to accurately become a desired outer diameter and an inner diameter over the whole area in its longitudinal direction and the circumferential direction, by using the circular pipe formed as the final thickness.SOLUTION: An extraction processing device of the present invention comprises at least first means having a part α for enclosing by contacting in the circumferential direction so as to diametrically reduce a circular pipe and columnar second means oppositely arranged to a minimum inner diameter part of the part α and supporting the circular pipe on a side surface, and comprises means in which the central axis of the minimum inner diameter part and the central axis of the second means coincide with the extraction direction of the circular pipe, and the first means and the second means are separated by a thickness quantity of the circular pipe over the whole circumference, and one end of the second means is retreated to motion of the circular pipe while projecting in the extraction direction of the circular pipe in the minimum inner diameter part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
