PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony greening structure which does not suppress the available area of a balcony, whose daily maintenance is easy, which can be enjoyed from both the inside and the outside of a greening surface, and which is excellent in strength, safety, and waterproofness.SOLUTION: A plurality of handrail supports 11 are stood along the periphery of the balcony; in a balcony where wall materials (wall panels 31, 32) are attached to their outdoor side and indoor side and a handrail wall 1 is provided, the handrail support 11 made of steel material is rigidly joined to a structural material (beam material 21) at the periphery of the balcony; a take-out arm 52 extends from the handrail support 11 to the outside of the wall surface of the outdoor side of the handrail wall 1 and a reinforcing post 51 is joined to the tip thereof; the upper part of the reinforcing post 51 is raised to the upper side of the handrail wall 1, brackets 61, 65 are joined to the upper part thereof; and a planting receiving beam 71 is bridged over the brackets 61, 65, and a planting container is placed on it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
