PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transformer which does not transmit an undesired signal between an input part and an output part which are insulated.;SOLUTION: A piezoelectric transformer comprises: a piezoelectric plate 10 in which a polarized input part 10A and a polarized output part 10B are formed, and an insulation part 10C is formed between the input part 10A and the output part 10B; an input side first inner electrode 111 and an input side second inner electrode 121 which are provided in an input region 10A orthogonal to a polarization direction, and are opposed to each other; and an output side first inner electrode 131 and an output side second inner electrode 141 which are provided in an output region 10B orthogonal to the polarization direction, and are opposed to each other. The input side second inner electrode 121 is an electrode connected to an input side reference potential, and at least a part of the electrode is positioned more on the side of the insulation region 10C from the input side first inner electrode 111 in a longitudinal direction. The output side second inner electrode 141 is the electrode connected to an output side reference potential, and at least a part of the electrode is positioned more on the side of the insulation region 10C from the output side first inner electrode 131 in the longitudinal direction.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
