PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, in a circular bulletin which uses paper circular documents and which is circulated to residents of a neighborhood association, there are many documents and residents cannot read the all documents, residents hardly read documents about administration, budget, and official report since contents of these documents are difficult, and cannot understand contents of these documents, residents often forget to read the documents and there are documents which have not been read and have been left by residents, and when the residents desire to read the documents again, there are no documents in hand.;SOLUTION: There is provided a tablet circular bulletin comprising: paper circular documents; digital circular documents obtained by digitizing the same paper circular documents; and a tablet which stores and reserves an application and a content having functions which cannot be achieved by the paper circular documents, and the tablet circular bulletin are circulated to residents of a neighborhood association.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
