PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointer controller, pointer control method, program, and pointer control system for enabling user's attention to concentrate on a place intended by an information presenter while reducing damage of the independence of the user in video appreciation in a museum or the like.SOLUTION: The pointer controller includes: a first display control part for displaying at least one first point movable on the basis of a user's operation on a screen; a movement destination coordinate determination part for determining coordinates determined on the basis of target point coordinates indicating the coordinates of a specific place of a video displayed on the screen to be movement destination coordinates indicating the coordinates of a second pointer at the movement destination; and a second display control part for displaying at least one second pointer on the screen to move the second pointer to the movement destination coordinates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
