PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic settlement processing system which is excellent in the convenience of a user using a settlement card and also can provide the user with a preferable settlement service corresponding to a settlement occasion.SOLUTION: The dynamic settlement processing system includes: a settlement information acquisition part 40 for acquiring settlement information being information on a settlement using a settlement card 2; a settlement processing information management part 45 for storing settlement occasion information set as information on a scene and a situation in which the settlement is performed by using the settlement card 2, and settlement processing information being information on contents of settlement processing associated with the settlement occasion information; a settlement processing information acquisition part 46 for acquiring settlement processing information corresponding to settlement occasion information satisfied by the settlement information acquired by the settlement information acquisition part 40 from the settlement processing information stored in the settlement processing information management part 45; and a settlement processing part 47 for performing settlement processing on the basis of the settlement processing information acquired by the settlement processing information acquisition part 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
