PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, as a method for easily preparing a cultured tissue that can be transplanted into a living body, a vascular-like three-dimensional structure capable of sufficiently supplying oxygen and nutrients to cells engrafted outside the vascular-like structure, and a method for manufacturing such a structure, an apparatus for manufacturing the vascular-like three-dimensional structure, and a needle for manufacturing the vascular-like three-dimensional structure.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, the vascular-like three-dimensional structure 1 comprises: a vascular-like structure 2 in the shape of a tube having a first opening 4 and a second opening 5 having a smaller diameter than the first opening 4, which is configured as a single-layer luminal structure formed of vascular endothelial cells; and a support structure 7 supporting the vascular-like structure 2 on the outer surface of the vascular-like structure 2. According to the present invention, the vascular-like structure 1 has a tapered tube portion in which the vascular-like structure 2 has a tapered tube portion having an inner diameter gradually decreasing from the first opening 4 to the second opening 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
