PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can be applied to a general-purpose resin that can easily disperse cellulose being a hydrophilic substance into polyolefin having high hydrophobicity with a simple technique without surface modification or the like of the cellulose.;SOLUTION: There are provided an easily-dispersible cellulose composition which has improved dispersibility into a cellulose resin and is formed from the cellulose and polyolefin, where the cellulose is one or more cellulose fiber selected from the group consisting of cellulose nanofiber, cellulose nanocrystal, pulp, lignocellulose and wood flour, the polyolefin is polyalkene and has a carboxyl group, has an acid value of 50 mgKOH/g or less a melting point of 80°C or higher, and contains 5%-30% of the cellulose on the basis of mass; a method for producing the composition; and a cellulose dispersion resin composition containing the easily-dispersible cellulose composition and a method for producing the cellulose dispersion resin composition.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
