FURNACE BODY DRYING METHOD AND BURNER DURING FIRING IN FURNACE BODY FACILITY OF COKE OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace body drying method during firing in a furnace body facility of a coke oven capable of suppressing generation of temperature variation in a depth direction of a coke oven chamber and reducing drying time by conducting adjustment of temperature rise rate properly even when a temporary burner is arranged in the coke oven chamber for heating and drying.;SOLUTION: There is provided a furnace body drying method during firing in a furnace body facility of a coke oven having a structure where a combustion chamber and a coke oven chamber are arranged in an upper part of a regenerator alternatively, with a structure where a temporary burner 40 is arranged in the coke oven chamber, a flue gas of the temporary burner 40 is introduced from the coke oven chamber to a whole furnace body including the combustion chamber and the regenerator to dry the furnace body facility, the temporary burner 40 has a double tube structure having an inner tube 41 to which fuel is supplied and an outer tube 43 to which air is naturally supplied, the inner tube 41 of which a tip side surface is closed and which has a plurality of small holes 42 on a side wall in a tip side and a ratio D/d of an outer diameter d of the inner tube 41 and an inner diameter D of the outer tube 43 of 2.5 or more.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
