PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which management of eating between meal is considered seriously, when improving a life habit for reducing one's weight.SOLUTION: A system 1 for managing eating between meal comprises: an eating between meal information acquisition unit 31 for acquiring eating between meal information which a user desires; a target calory calculation unit 35 for acquiring calory information corresponding to the eating between meal information, and calculating a target calory which a user should burn off on the basis of the eating between meal information and the calory information; a detection unit 20 for detecting activity information of the user; an activity calory calculation unit 37 for calculating an activity calory on the basis of an activity which satisfies a prescribed condition, out of pieces of the activity information; a balance calory calculation unit 39 for calculating a balance calory which is a difference between the activity calory and the target calory; a notification information generation unit 41 for generating notification information containing the target calory, the activity calory and the balance calory; and a notification unit 14 for notifying the user of the notification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
