PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transfer fraud when receiving a call from an unknown telephone number with high accuracy, without invading the privacy of a user.SOLUTION: An incoming call history storage unit 21 stores an incoming-call history formed by associating an incoming-call time with a telephone number of a caller. An address book storage unit 22 stores an address book in which a known telephone number is registered. A transfer operation execution unit 4 transmits a transfer request to a predetermined bank system in accordance with an operation of a user. A transfer operation detection unit 31 detects an operation for transmitting a transfer request to the transfer operation execution unit 4. An incoming-call event acquisition unit 32 extracts an incoming-call history within a predetermined time period before the current time, to acquire an incoming-call event. A risk determining unit 33 determines a transfer fraud when the incoming-call event includes an incoming call from a telephone number that is not registered in the address book.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
