PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently detect a normal state or abnormal state of an inflow source and blockage of a drainage facility, for the drainage facility in which a relatively small amount of water may inflow in the normal state and a relatively large amount of water may inflow in the abnormal state.;SOLUTION: A drainage facility is provided with: a first chamber R1 including a first inflow port E1, a first storage part S1, a first outflow port O1 and first water detection means s1; and a second chamber R1 that, when water is stored in the first storage part S1 in a case where an inflow water amount flowing into the first storage part S1 exceeds a second predetermined amount less than a first predetermined amount, receives overflow water overflowing from the first storage part S1. The drainage facility has such a structure that when an overflow water amount is equal to or less than the second predetermined amount, overflow water is directly discharged from the second chamber R2 to the outside through a second outflow port O2, and when an inflow water amount from the first inflow port E1 is equal to or more than the first predetermined amount, overflow water is stored in a second storage part S2.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
