PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift assist device and a lift assist system in which a worker may not lift an object such as a heavy load to be lifted while taking a posture of forward bending, and therefore the burden to the worker's waists can be suppressed, and furthermore, the miniaturization of the device can be achieved and the cost can be reduced.;SOLUTION: A lift assist device 10 includes a power transmission part 20 for moving a placing part 30 from a first position to a second position by transmitting the power given to a pushed part 40 to the placing part 30. The power transmission part 20 has multiple pulleys 26, 28 having a radius different to one center and rotating integrally. The end of first wire 48 hung to the first pulley 26 is connected to the pushed part 40, and the end of second wire 49 hung to the second pulley 28 having a radius larger than the first pulley 26 is connected to the placing part 30.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
