PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide deadline notification device, method and program for notifying the deadline in the update processing of a certificate efficiently, and to provide a certificate update system.;SOLUTION: In a deadline notification device 10, a selection unit 21 selects one deadline data 43 among multiple deadline data 43, and registers an ID indicated by the selected deadline data 43 in a notification list 42. Respective deadline data 43 are the ID of apparatus using a certificate, and the data indicating the expiration date of the certificate. An extraction unit 22 extracts the deadline data 43 indicating the expiration date arriving in a simultaneous notification period 31, counting down from the expiration date indicated by the deadline data 43 selected by the selection unit 21, among multiple deadline data 43, and registers the ID indicated by the extracted deadline data 43 in the notification list 42.
