PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeletal remains storing body that is installed on a table or the other stand and functions as a part of decoration, and a skeletal remains storing tool for housing the skeletal remains storing body.;SOLUTION: First, a skeletal remains storing body is provided for storing skeletal remains, and is characterized in that the skeletal remains storing recess is formed in a substantially spherical body; the skeletal remains storing recess is covered with a lid capable of closing the remains storing recess; and glossiness is applied to a surface.
