PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe repairing method of a unit bath, the method that suppresses a construction cost and shortens a construction time in repairing or update of the piping right under the unit bath, and provide a washing space floor structure of the unit bath after repairing a drain pipe.;SOLUTION: A drain pipe repairing method of the unit bath has: a step (S101) of cutting a portion of a washing space floor into a predetermined shape and forming an opening; a step (S102) of repairing a bathtub of the unit bath or a drain pipe under the washing space floor through an opening; a step (S103) of disposing a reinforcing plate adjusted in the height lower than the height of the washing space floor and having an area wider than the size of the opening in the opening; a step (S105) of installing a remaining washing space floor of a predetermined shape on the reinforcing plate as a lid when forming the opening so as to be flush with the washing space floor; a step (S106) coating a repairing material so as to fill a gap between the opening and the lid; and a step (S107) of disposing a floor sheet on the washing space floor of the unit bath so as to cover the entire.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
