PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duty-free sales document creating system in which creation work of duty-free sales documents can be performed efficiently.SOLUTION: A duty-free sales document creating system includes: written content recognition means for recognizing written content of a passport or a document showing entrance eligibility equivalent to the passport on the basis of an acquired image; commodity information acquisition means for acquiring the money amount information of commodities in commodity sale; printing means for printing a duty-free sales document of the commodities by using the written content recognized in the written content recognition means; and determining means for determining whether or not to include the passport included in the acquired image or the image of the document in the duty-free sales document, from the money amount information acquired from the commodity information acquisition means. The printing means prints the image of the passport or the document included in the acquired image on the duty-free sales document when determination is made to include by the determining means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
