PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning method and a positioning device using a satellite positioning system capable of accurate positioning using an inexpensive one-frequency receiver even if a mobile station is away from a reference station.SOLUTION: A mobile station receives a positioning signal from a satellite positioning system and uses a pseudo distance observation expression using a code and a phase distance observation expression using a carrier wave when performing positioning by one frequency using correction information from a reference station, and expresses these two observation expressions with the use of a satellite clock error, clock errors at the reference station and the mobile station, an ionosphere delay amount and a troposphere delay amount, and code bias and phase bias of one frequency at the reference station, the mobile station and a satellite.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
