PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a NW service configuration from perspective of services including prices of the whole NW configuration and failure rate.SOLUTION: A network configuration recommendation apparatus 100 includes: a cloud product catalog information storage part 134 and a cloud product catalog information storage part 135 storing NW product catalog information and cloud product catalog information of services of a network service provider and a cloud service entrepreneur; an order input part 114 receiving service orders; an NW service configuration optimization problem creation part 124 creating an optimization problem which reduces the price to the lowest by using a conditional expression representing a network service configuration with reference to the catalog information so that it matches the order; an optimization problem calculation part 125 calculating the optimization problem that reduces the price to the lowest by using the conditional expression representing the created network service configuration; and a result output part 115 proposing one or more network configurations on the basis of a solution of the calculated optimization problem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
