PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a novel laminate.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A method for forming a film or sheet of a thermoplastic polymer alloy is disclosed, in which a tight blend of a polymeric substance P1' and a polymeric substance P2' is formed, the blend is extruded through a die, and a flow of the blend is made to pass through a die including an outlet orifice having an outlet gap. A grid chamber having one or more grids where the blend passes through is provided upstream the outlet orifice; the one or more grids have apertures of a selected size so as to decrease an average size of a dispersion phase of P1' or P2' in the blend; and the one or more grids are present at a position having a larger gap in the chamber than the outlet gap. The grid chamber has a part where the gap decreases between a screen and a die outlet; and the gap through which the blend passes decreases in at least a part of a path toward a gap of the die outlet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
