PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which it is an urgent matter to create a mechanism capable of supporting the transportation disadvantaged by encouraging residents of a local community to help one another in the local community.;SOLUTION: The invention makes it possible to construct a system which allows schedule and requests about movements of people and commodities to be registered via the Internet, to automatically generate an efficient movement schedule that enables people and commodities to move by arranging movement schedules of a plurality of users with an optimization algorithm, and enables simultaneous mutual help among residents of a local community who are the transportation disadvantaged having difficulty in performing daily life necessary activities on their own.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
