PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable budget transfer through Internet banking by using a cash card.SOLUTION: The cash card includes means that stores account information and a second secret code (for example, random number table) of a customer possessing the card and allows non-contact reading/writing from a smart phone (smartphone) and the like of the customer. After the customer logs in an internet banking system through the smartphone, a cash card of a payee is held over the smartphone to read account information of the payee. Then, the cash card of a transferring person is held over the same smartphone to read account information and a second secret code of a payment source. The read account information and the second secret code of the payment source are subjected to authentication by the internet banking system. After the authentication with the second secret code is completed, transfer of a transfer amount designated by the transferring person is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
