PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting data preparation device which enables creation of accounting data having a layout with a sense of unity without spending significant time and effort.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, when a data collection of first accounting data belonging to a plurality of account titles is used to create second accounting data of a certain table type for layout on a spread sheet having a plurality of cells arranged in row and column directions, a first master and a second master are referenced and character strings corresponding to the first accounting data in a collection belonging to an account title determined according to a selected table type are disposed in a certain cell determined based on the first master and a cell which is in a relative position determined based on the second master. In this manner, second accounting data is created in which the character strings corresponding to the first accounting data in the collection are disposed in multiple cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
