PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving pipe for a support plate that pivots a wheel for free rotation, a wheel conveyor which is assembled using the receiving pipe, and a circulation shelf device in which a plurality of wheel conveyors are combined in parallel.SOLUTION: In a receiving pipe 3, a step part 32 which supports a support plate 21 is formed along axial line direction. Relating to the wheel conveyor 1, the support plate 21 pivoting both sides in axial direction of a wheel 20 is placed between the pair of receiving pipes 3, 3, respectively, in an arrangement to face the step part 32. A circulation shelf device 4 has a configuration in which a plurality of wheel conveyors 1 are assembled in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
