PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a state of things from a portion not verbalized in communication between corporations.SOLUTION: A server device of the present invention receives communication source user information that is information pertaining to a user using a terminal device and communication destination user information as user information from the terminal device. The server device searches a user information management database on the basis of the received user information, extracts organization names to which the communication source user and the communication destination user belong, and specifies a combination of users who have communicated between the organizations as a path for estimating a state of things. Then, the server device estimates a state of things for each of the specified paths, and determines whether or not to issue a warning to communication between the communication source user and communication destination user received from the terminal device in accordance with the estimated state of things.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
