PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly grasp a life rhythm of a resident.SOLUTION: A life rhythm determination device 1 comprises: a first storage part 17; an acquisition part 11 for periodically acquiring power information which indicates a use power amount on each electrical appliance M on a dwelling H1, then storing in time series, the power information in the first storage part 17; a creation part 12 for creating a combination of electrical appliances M which may be used in each of time zones R1-R5 on the dwelling H1 on the basis of each piece of power information stored in the first storage part 17; a determination part 13 for determining whether or not a life rhythm of a resident of the dwelling H1 in the time zones is abnormal on the basis of a degree of deviation of combination of the electrical appliances M used in the time zone on the dwelling H1 based on the power information acquired in the time zone, and combination of the electrical appliances M may be used in the time zone in the dwelling H1, at finish time of each of the time zones R1-R5; and a notification part 14 for notifying a destination which an observer of the resident can use, of the determination result, when it is determined that the life rhythm is abnormal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
