PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease consumption power of a fan and an air conditioner in particular, provide an operability enabling a comfortable and relaxing state to be attained and to store in memory media comfortable sound sources in advance such as river sound or forest sound, little birds singing etc.SOLUTION: This invention provides a fan and an air conditioner including acoustic facility, USB facility, connecting facility with personal computer such as a bluetooth etc. Comfortable sound sources such as river sound, forest sound and little birds singing and the like are stored in advance in the memory medium. Relaxing of body causes a body sensing temperature to be decreased, thereby a consumption power of a fan and an air conditioner is decreased, the situation contributes energy saving and sleeping or rest time contributes recovery of body function. The fan and the air conditioner can be operated through a personal computer and a smart-phone.SELECTED DRAWING: None
