PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swelling degree meter which indicates a leg's swelling degree as a numeric value, thereby allowing a user to have an interest in health management, which can be applied for body weight management, and which can also achieve desire of having beautiful legs.;SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that, when a user puts user's legs into a container 1 filled with water, water is discharged therefrom by a volume of user's legs, and then when user's legs are taken out from the container, a water level becomes lower by a volume of discharged water, so that a drop content of water from a full state is measured by a scale in the figure.2.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
