PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the inspection accuracy of a yaw rate in an inspection step.;SOLUTION: In an inspection process, a detection result of a yaw rate sensor 2 is transmitted to a computing device 3 provided on a yaw rate sensor device 1, and an integral value of angular speed during a predetermined period is computed by the computing device 3 before transmitting to a measuring device 5, thereby obtaining a rotary angle of a turn table 4. After a lapse of the predetermined period, data of the rotary angle of the turn table 4 is transmitted to the measuring device 5. Therefore, the rotary angle of the turn table 4 can be computed by the computing device 4 on the basis of the detailed data of the angular speed which has not been subjected to thinning-out processing, so that the correct rotary angle can be obtained, and inspection accuracy in the inspection process can be improved.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
