PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive ray measurement device that can flexibly cope with a difference in properties of a radioactive ray source.SOLUTION: A radioactive ray measurement device comprises: a plurality of detector modules; and a computation device. Each of the plurality of detector modules includes; a plurality of detectors; a plurality of analog signal processing units that is provided corresponding to the plurality of detectors, conducts an analog digital conversion relative to an analog signal to be obtained from the corresponding detector, and generates digital measurement data corresponding to the analog signal; and a digital processing unit that transmits digital communication data generated from the digital measurement data received from the plurality of analog signal processing units to the computation device. Each of the plurality of detectors is any of a scattering body detector serving as a scattering body, or an absorption body detector serving as an absorption body. The computation device is configured to generate a ray source distribution image indicative of a spatial distribution of a radioactive ray source based on the digital communication data received from the plurality of detector modules.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
