PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coagulation settling control device capable of accurately controlling an injection amount of agents in a coagulation settling method, and a coagulation settling control method, a computer program and a coagulation settling system.;SOLUTION: A coagulation settling control device includes: a coagulation substance identification section; a coagulation state acquisition section; and a control section. The coagulation substance identification section identifies a coagulation substance in water to be treated from images acquired by an imaging section continuously imaging the water to be treated. The coagulation state acquisition section acquires a coagulation state of the coagulation substance identified by the coagulation substance identification section. The control section determines whether or not an injection amount of agents injected for coagulating an unnecessary object in the water to be treated as the coagulation substance is appropriate based on the coagulation state acquired by the coagulation state acquisition section.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
