PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep log support apparatus, sleep log support method, and program capable supporting acquisition of a subjective time related to sleep of a person, and promoting application of acquired data.SOLUTION: A sleep log support apparatus 10 includes: a behavior specification part 11 for specifying behavior of a user when going to bed and getting up; an answer acquisition part 12 presenting a question to a user and acquiring an answer of the user to the question: and a time specification part 13 for specifying a time when the user lies down for sleep, a time when the user falls asleep, a time when the user awakes from the sleep, and a time when the user gets up respectively on the basis of at least one of the specified behavior and the acquired answer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
