PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water solution super-cooling control method and its device capable of super-cooling water solution in a water solution circuit so as not to generate any accidental releasing of super-cooling with refrigerant vaporization latent heat at the time of re-starting of a freezer and restricting a close state of water solution circuit accompanied by freezing of water solution while forcedly releasing the super-cooling rapidly for the water solution after starting the super-cooling operation and generating ice slurry state.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method and a device for controlling super-cooling of water solution for super-cooling water solution in a water solution circuit 14 by a freezer 12 and adjusting an evaporating temperature TE of refrigerant in such a way that a temperature difference between a water solution freezing temperature T3 at a downstream side of a super-cooling part 16 of a water solution circuit 14 and a refrigerant evaporation temperature TE may become a specified value ΔT, a forced releasing of the super-cooling is carried out by an ice nucleation generator 32 and a judgement about accomplishment of releasing of super-cooling is repeatedly performed during a process in which the super-cooling degree of the water solution approaches to a target super-cooling degree until the super-cooling releasing of the water solution at a downstream side than the super-cooling part 16 after the water solution in the water solution circuit 14 starts to super-cool it when the freezer 12 is started again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
