ROTARY VANE TYPE HELM MACHINE OF MARINE VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary vane type helm machine of a marine vessel which can supply high-pressure hydraulic oil into a pressure chamber and is easy to machine and easy to maintain.;SOLUTION: An inner race 1 is rotatably incorporated by an outer race 2, which are embraced by an outer cylinder 3 and a circular bottom plate 4. A sausage-shaped empty annulus ring 10 is formed in a mutually facing part of the inner race 1 and the outer race 2, and this empty annulus ring 10 is loaded with the arrangement of two (or three) pairs of rotary vanes and that of rotary vanes of the same number as those to configure a pressure chamber 16 with four (or six) partitions, where the sausage-shaped empty annulus ring 10 is profiled with no cut to keep rotary vanes and fixed vanes independent with two continuous strips of horse-shoe-shaped sealant embedded by winding in a main material along this empty annulus ring 10, and to make a slide face of the sealant come in pressure-welding with the inner race 1 and the outer race 2 by feeding hydraulic oil out of the pressure chamber 16 into a sealant inner space.
