PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an addition curable liquid conductive silicone rubber composition for a roll for business machine or a belt for business machine, providing a cured article less in resistance variation and bleeding of an uncrosslinked polymer, the roll for business machine and the belt for business machine having the cured article of the composition obtained by the method as an elastic layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an addition curable liquid conductive silicone rubber composition by manufacturing a millable type conductive master batch by conducting dispersion and filtration of carbon black in gummy silicone with average polymerization degree of 3,000 or more at first without directly adding and mixing the carbon black to liquid silicone oil, and then diluting the same with low viscosity silicone polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
