PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a composite film which has a surface layer with a regular wrinkle structure and which has elastic property and high strength property; a simple production method of the composite film which has elastic property and high strength property; a stretchable electronic device which has elastic property and high strength property and of which the electrical conductivity is retained even when repeatedly subjected to expansion and contraction; and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A composite film having elastic property at room temperature: formed by including a thermoplastic polymer which is stretchable at a temperature of melting point or higher, or a thermoplastic polymer composition containing the thermoplastic polymer and stretchable at a temperature of melting point or higher; including a thermoplastic polymer layer with a wrinkle structure; and including an elastomer layer formed adjacent to the thermoplastic polymer layer and having thickness thicker than that of the thermoplastic polymer layer, and application thereof are claimed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
