PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated fiber lamination system, and more specifically, a system and method for controlling one or more variables (e.g., weight) during fabrication of a composite component having an automated fiber lamination layer.;SOLUTION: There is provided an automated in-line manufacturing system 100 for controlling at least one variable during layup of a composite part 140 using automated fiber lamination.
