PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design assist device and a design assist program with which it is possible to refer to materials for specifications of various foundations based on design rules and creating a design document indicating specifications of foundations for each part of a created foundation plan.;SOLUTION: A working terminal 30 creates the foundation plan of a building by CAD and makes it displayed by the display unit of the working terminal 30. When an indication for selecting a portion of the foundation plan is inputted, the working terminal 30 acquires specifications of a plurality of foundations from a server 50 via a network 70, and makes them displayed by the display unit. When an indication for selecting the specification of a foundation is inputted, the working terminal 30 creates, using the selected specification of a foundation and the cross sectional drawing of a foundation included in the specification, a cross sectional list table that is a design document indicating the specification of a foundation in which the specification and the cross sectional drawing of a foundation are correlated to the foundation plan.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
