PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified asphalt composition and a modified asphalt mixture excellent in fluidity resistance, aggregate peeling resistance, compatibility and high temperature storage stability (heat resistance), and to provide a method for producing them.;SOLUTION: There is provided a modified asphalt composition which contains 0.5-20 pts.mass of a block copolymer (B) with respect to 100 pts.mass of asphalt (A), and 0.5-20 pts.mass of an additive (C) containing a rubber component and/or a resin component other than the block copolymer (B), where the block copolymer (B) contains at least a vinyl aromatic monomer unit and a conjugated diene monomer unit, a content of the vinyl aromatic monomer unit contained in the block copolymer (B) is 33-60 mass%, and a peak temperature of a loss tangent (tanδ) by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement of the block copolymer (B) is -50°C or higher and -5°C or lower.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
