PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution parameter selection device capable of selecting a value with respect to a distribution parameter of data depending on the characteristics of a user.SOLUTION: The distribution parameter selection device includes: a calculation part that calculates use frequency of each user on the basis of a use history of data distribution service of each user and stores the calculation result in a storage part; and a selection part that, responding to a use request of a piece of data, selects a value of distribution parameter of data relevant to a use request on the basis of the use frequency stored in the storage part for the user relevant to the use request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
