PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing compound-containing composition which can add excellent antifouling property (oil-based ink repelling property, fingerprint contamination removal property) to a target (hard coat layer or the like), does not require substitution of a solvent prior to use for a coating liquid or the like or can reduce time and labor and energy for distillation of the solvent.SOLUTION: There is provided a fluorine-containing compound-containing composition containing: a fluorine-containing compound obtained by reacting a compound (a) having a poly(oxyperfluoroalkylene) chain and an active hydrogen-containing group, a compound (b) having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond and an active hydrogen-containing group and polyisocyanate (c); and a fluorine-containing solvent having a boiling point of 80°C or more and no active hydrogen. The fluorine-containing compound-containing composition is obtained by reacting the compound (a), the compound (b) and the polyisocyanate (c) in a solvent for reaction containing a fluorine-containing solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
