PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect eye potential as large as possible and easily respond to eye movement detection with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: A minimum of four EOG electrodes in the periphery of both eyes of a user is disposed as follows. First, two electrodes of the left eye side (152a, 152b) and two electrodes of the right eye side (151a, 151b) are disposed in the line symmetry to the line drawn in the vertical direction (e.g., the line along a user's nose ridge) from a center point of the line for connecting the center of both left and right eyes.
