PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a providing system of digital content interlocked with real consumption behavior at low cost and in a format of making it difficult to commit wrongs, to take in local business such as a shopping street in an area in the circle of digital content consumption, and to lead to activation of local economy.;SOLUTION: A user pays for not only digital content but also a real commodity or service. Payment information at that time is registered with a digital content providing server, and thereby digital content corresponding to the payment and purchased commodity and service becomes available.
