PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a user appropriately learn a risk of accessing a website.SOLUTION: A web access relay unit 22 relays access to a website by a user terminal 10, and records a communication log 25 that occurs due to the access to the website. An analysis unit 23 collects the address of the communication destination of communication from the communication log 25, and collects outside information 31 on the address from an information providing server 30.
