PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impulse transmitter, an impulse receiver and an impulse radio communication system capable of simplifying a circuit configuration with improved frequency use efficiency.;SOLUTION: The impulse transmitter, which transmits a bipolar impulse signal multiplexed by changing phases, includes: a base band signal generator 101 which generates the data signal of a communication clock based on each time slot; a short pulse generator 102 which generates the bipolar short pulse having reverse polarity on the basis of the data signal; and a band pass filter 506 which receives the bipolar short pulse and passes only a predetermined frequency bandwidth to generate the bipolar impulse signal. The short pulse generator includes a trigger flip flop 902 with a position modulation function, which includes phase control routes SLe-CLh of which number is based on multiplicity for the multiplexing by giving different delays to change the phases of the bipolar short pulse.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
