PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate browsing, retrieval or communications of a transaction between individuals inside of an area to which designated local information is distributed, by distributing the local information in accordance with submission in the local information in such a manner that only a designated browsing person can browse the local information.;SOLUTION: An inter-individual transaction support system comprises a terminal and an administrative server that provides various services within submission categories.
