PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device capable of efficiently driving a brushless motor in a range of speeds from low to high without influence of misalignment of magnetization of a Hall sensor magnet or variability of positions detected by a position detector.SOLUTION: A motor control device includes a brushless motor 2, a position detector 3 for detecting a rotor position of the brushless motor 2, an inverter control circuit for driving the brushless motor 2, and storage means 5 attached to the inverter control circuit. When the brushless motor 2 is rotated at a constant speed, the motor control device stores a duty ratio of an output signal of the position detector 3 on the storage means 5, and corrects the output signal of the position detector 3 based on the stored duty ratio when the brushless motor 2 is driven. Misalignment of magnetization of a Hall sensor magnet is corrected, to ensure accurate detection position correction function. The brushless motor 2 can be efficiently driven in a range of speeds from low to high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
