PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure and water cut-off construction method that are capable of preventing water leakage to an adjacent room while keeping an existing fire resistant structure.;SOLUTION: A water cut-off structure 1 for preventing water leakage to an adjacent room caused by water propagating between a wall 19 penetrated by a cable tray 17 that houses cables 15 inside and is provided so as to extend in a horizontal direction and the cable tray or propagating through a gap between the cables inside the cable tray includes: an aperture closing frame 3 that extends in the horizontal direction so as to separately surround the periphery of the cable tray and is fitted on the wall; an aperture closing frame cover 5 that is fitted on the aperture closing frame; a fireproof material relief frame that is fitted on the aperture closing frame cover so as to separate from and surround the periphery of the cable tray; a water cut-off treatment frame and seal material pressing plate that are fitted on the fireproof material relief frame so as to separate from and surround the periphery of the cable tray; and seal material with which a gap between the seal material pressing plate and the cable tray and the gap between the cables inside the cable tray are filled.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
